Broadway Plaza was too big; there were a lot of people in this place. There needs to be some way to could control the noise because even in the cafeteria, I didn’t see how the ladies and gentlemen would be able to hear each other at the tables.

The rooms were a little small, but there was a microwave, a refrigerator, and a large bathroom. The only thing is we barely saw any residents out and about, and maybe that was a fluke, but my mom and I didn't like that. We wanted to see more people interacting in the social areas, and we didn't. My mom's very loving and she's very friendly, and she wants people to be around and up and about, and that place was like everybody was in their rooms. The dining area was much smaller than the other place we toured, but it was a smaller facility. They weren't utilizing their dining room because of COVID, but they were reopening the dining room this week.
And there’s always the security of knowing that our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to be alerted to an emergency. The only problem that they had was that kitchen was small, but I think they wanted that everybody should go to the dining hall.
